3. Book Orders and Payments
Orders placed through this website for print or eBook editions of The Color of Rebirth are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure pricing, availability, and product details are accurate at the time of listing, but errors may occasionally occur, in which case we reserve the right to correct them and notify you before completing your order.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods made available at checkout. All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and may be subject to change without prior notice.
4. eBook and Digital Delivery
eBook purchases are made available for immediate digital download upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where required by law.
5. Shipping and Delivery (Print Editions)
Delivery timeframes for print copies will be shared at checkout or in your confirmation email. Timelines may shift due to courier delays or address errors, so please double-check your shipping details before ordering.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or defective print copy, please contact us at info@luzdaiz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds for digital (eBook) products are not available once the file has been downloaded.
7. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders for schools, churches, book clubs, and non-profit organizations are handled on a custom basis. Pricing, timelines, and terms for bulk orders will be communicated directly following a request submitted through our contact form and are not governed by standard checkout terms.
8. User-Submitted Content and Testimonials
When you send us a message, story, or testimonial, you allow Luci Partela and this website to use, edit, and publish it, with proper credit and only with your consent where required. We reserve the right not to publish submissions that are inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the spirit of this community.
